Morghew Park Estate,
Smallhythe Road, Tenterden, Kent, TN30 7LR

Terms and Conditions

A deposit of 50% of the cost of your shooting will be required to confirm your booking, and this sum will be required within seven days of making a reservation, with the balance due by 1st September.  If shooting is booked after this date, the full amount is due on booking.

In the event that the client team cancels a day’s shooting, for whatever reason, a refund will only be made in the event that the Estate resells the day to another party.  If we cancel the day a refund will only be given if the day can't be rescheduled by the end of the season or in the next season.

All clients shooting on the Morghew Park Estate must carry the appropriate insurance and be able to demonstrate this if requested.  Similarly, all clients must hold a shotgun certificate and carry this on the day.

It is a condition of the shoot that guns must pick up all spent cartridges at the end of each drive, and a bin for these is provided.  All cartridges used at Morghew must contain fibre wads only.

The shoot requires all guns to behave in a safe and responsible manner and reserves the right to exclude or eject guns deemed to be unsafe before during or after the day without recourse to a refund.

Finally, it is a condition of the Morghew shoot that no ground game will be shot under any circumstances - ever.
